So this is round 2.
I managed to fix the lips problem and I tweeked the material function a bit, that was created by SkinVue. Mainly I added an additional bump texture to the face. The light was changed to get a bit more detail and I played a bit with the eye material, what didn't worked well. I think the eyes need some more work

Looks better everytime! I would temper the light a little bit. The white spot on his head is too bright (for my taste). The skin looks pretty good. The pupils need a reflection. That way the eyes will come to life. And...maybe make his theeths less white. But that's just a matter of taste. Overall, it's a very good render, I must say. Good job!
